Dutch herring filets with fine smoky flavours. Fileted by hand, pickled and carefully marinated, packaged dry and without oil. It is a speciality that the herring do not come in oil or brine, only packaged as pure filet retaining their subtle flavor. This classic and tender herring fits perfectly with boiled potatoes, pumpernickel or salad.
